DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK

We offer a complementary next day delivery service for all UK orders placed before 3pm. If your order is placed after this time, or during the weekend, your item(s) will be dispatched on the nearest working day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature in order to be delivered and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch. We also offer named day delivery options, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Deliveries to South West England, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland are not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses may be extended by 1 day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer complementary delivery on all international orders. If your order is placed before 12pm (GMT) your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in rare cases, local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. We will notify you of any delays where possible and a tracking number will be sent to you on the day of dispatch.

COLLECT IN STORE

Collect your purchase in person at our store. Collections can be made by appointment only during our opening hours. Please note, photo ID and proof of purchase will be required for collection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All of our items are fully insured whilst in transit. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing or does not arrive on time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

UK shipping is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery and international shipping is provided by DHL or TNT. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers or freight forwarding companies.

International clients may be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. We are unable to waive these charges and they must be paid in order for you to receive your item. Rates are dependent on the country of residence, so please contact your local customs authority for detailed information.

DELIVERY FAQ

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center. You can track your order using the link available in the email or by downloading the courier’s app. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you will be sent SMS text updates as your order is making it’s way to you

We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery.

We won’t deliver to your next door neighbour if you’re out and we won’t leave it near your door or property either. To keep your order safe we’ll deliver to your delivery address only and a signature will be required.

Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Whizz Watch.
